Meet the Founders

The Vision Behind DMA²

Duhaney Millen and Associates Online Classes was founded by Dwania Duhaney-Millen, building on the legacy of her father, Mathematics teacher, Mr. Hector L. Duhaney who believed that education was the vehicle for transforming lives. Through the teaching of Mathematics, Mr. Hector Duhaney was able to help countless people progress with their goals. He was passionate about education.

Driven by the same passion for learning and student development, Dwania Duhaney-Millen transitioned her CSEC English extra classes during the Covid-19 pandemic to a fully online program. In 2025, along with a team of highly skilled and experienced teaching professionals, she established DMA² to provide students with a supportive educational environment where they can thrive academically while developing the skills necessary for long-term success.

The vision was never simply to teach subjects. The vision was to help students discover their potential, overcome learning challenges, and gain the confidence to pursue their goals with determination and purpose. Today, that vision continues to guide every aspect of DMA².
